For better or worse, most gamers don't go looking through the options to see what they can and cannot do.
Accessability is a good concept, things like this however reinforce my firm belief that there should also be a "Stop being s**t" threshold in games. If people don't think to check options to see if they can edit this sort of thing, that's entirely on their head, not Larian's.
