Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General question about an item of the "elements"

well hello, everyone... i'm back... i was forced offline for a bit (quite unexpected) but i appear to be back for the next little while at least... i hope... but anyway, down to business lol

this is pretty weird... i think... i have an item called rabbit's winged helm of the elements, and apparently it's worth a crapload of cash cos i can sell it for almost 30,000... but the only thing it seems to do is give me a +2 bonus in hearing (which is the attribute obviously associated with the rabbit affix). so the "of the elements" suffix doesnt seem to do anything for my character except for being able to sell the damn item for a lot of moolah... can anyone explain what good the item is? thanks in advance, everyone... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

its one of a few randomly dropped items that r in the game, to sell and make money, like a 25k ring, or a 50k fork. u know, lots of items like that, are just random drops to make us rich and powerful. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" />

edit, the 'of the elements' doesn't mean anythin'.

of the elements is just money. I think it was meant to be tied to a skill, but these things will be neglected. The are also items of matter that cost a lot for no bonus.
