Would it be a good idea to give a special highlight to detect thoughts similar to the green one we get for speak with the dead? Detect thoughts characters are even rarer than corpses that speak.
Or at least maybe give a suggestion in the speech options to cast detect thoughts mid conversation.
its a level 2 spell if you learn it and trying to find the characters that you can read their thoughts can be a hassle.
