Just wanted to try to put this out there again to see if there's a solution, or to get it addressed in the next patch... this time it happened to me in the goblin camp after I killed everyone. The two human recruits outside weren't aggro'd so I talked to them. The female one didn't have any dialog and I couldn't proceed until I pressed space as if I was skipping a cutscene. Then I couldn't save again. 😭
