The title is pretty much the whole story.
Every time I launch the game again I find that SOME keybindings keep resetting to their default state for some unknown reason.
Weirdly enough, this is not a complete reset, as some changes are saved and other aren't.
For instance, no matter how many times I "cleared" NumPad 0 and 1 from their default (since I use them for other purposes), every time I relaunch the game I find these keys bound to BOTH my new keybindings and to the default ones, and I need to clear them again.
As we are on it, speaking of strange arbitrary limitations: my attempts to re-bind ALT to the PGDown function (...don't ask, I find it more comfortable placed there) have been refused because that key can't be selected for some reason.
