I can't speak with Gale. If I kill Gale to try to de-bug him I get the cutscene where he explains you have to revive him but when I do revive him he's still bugged. I don't know how to remove him from party so I can put someone else in his spot since I can't speak with him, and he doesn't go to camp with the group but instead sleeps on the ground outside camp.
Is there anyway to resolve this?
