you havent seen the big stone fireplace under selunes temple where it comes out? There's a status just downstairs after you come out under selunes temple, which has a crystal at the top with a beam of light powering these things that fire energy weapons at you if you try to approach from the underdark side of the gate, and to the side in one of the rooms is a big fireplace with a bellows next to it ... the cursor/tooltip changes when you hover over the fireplace, as if it is supposed to do something, but it doesnt do anything, and there doesnt appear to be any sectret levers or buttons or anything nearby ... it looks like they planned something for it but didnt finish developing it
