I slammed by gauntled hand on the table top, wine goublets, papers, coins, even a few daggers, fell to the floor.
"Dammit! How did he get away?" I asked the green faced orc in front of me.
"I don't know sir. He apparently got away from our assassins." I stared at him and he ran screaming from the room.
I stood up and looked out the window and the ocean outside, the waves clashing into the side of the cliffs, the foundaitions of my castle.
I looked down from my tower, at the other guard towers, with the orcs in their shining black mail, and their gleaming swords and spears.
I forced myself to look away, and I did. I turned my attension to a note on the ground. From Marius Uberstrom, one of the other few humands high up in the command of the Blood Ring.
