Generally you can move around enemies, but not go outside their engagement range. There should be sword thingy appearing when you are to trigger opportunity attack, however that part of UI is often hidden underneath ground geometry. Pathfinding can be wonky, and if you order your unit to circle the enemy, they might go and trigger OA for no good reason. It did feel better then in my first run - previously it felt like I had to move units step by step to not trigger OA.

You cannot freely move around enemies anymore. You can move a little bit but more than that triggers attack of opportunity. Which makes sense, I mean, how on earth are you just running all the way around an enemy who is actively engaging you?

You can see the small swords appear on the enemy circle if you are about to order too much movement.
