IIRC there was a prompt for my cleric to bless a guy in the burning inn but its been a while since ive played. Dont recall if it was just because I was a cleric or because of our gods matching but I liked the little nod
I do think its hard to make exceptions for every single god though. Thats going to be a huge undertaking and not all gods rewards their followers in the same manner...
