I just praised the game on another thread. Now let me suggest a change.
Fast Hands is NOT supposed to provide rogues with the ability to do 2 Dash actions or 2 off hand attacks.
Honestly, homebrew destroys the purpose of Fast Hands. Drink a potion is supposed to be an Action normally. Fast Hands then allows the rogue to drink a potion as a Bonus instead. If drink potion is a Bonus for everyone, Fast Hands becomes meaningless, for the most part.
That said, if you keep drink potion as a Bonus for all, it would be okay to allow an additional Bonus as long as it is limited. It should not allow someone to Dash again or do 2 off handed attacks.
Right now, Astarion can Dash, use Fast Hands to Dash again, and use a Bonus to Dash for 3 dashes in one round. Ridiculous. And Astarion can attack 3 times doing the same basic thing.
