They are not. It is unintended. They are bugs. This is confirmed. Feel free to submit a bug report of your own to their offical report forms with these details if you wish to be informed as such directly yourself.

I think i finaly understands core of missunderstanding here ... Simply change "guaranted hit" for "hit roll absent" ... and my suggestion stay unchanged.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
