Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Suggestions & Feedback QoL - please make this aspect better than D:OS2

First of all: D:OS2 is among my top 5 games of all times. It has a special place in my heart.

However, if there was one thing I would like to change about it was the QoL / the usability / the "outside of combat smoothness".

There were aspects about D:OS2 which made the game a drag sometimes - the following things come to mind:

* Tedious looting - PLEASE check other games (WotR!) to see how this most annoying clicky clicky pain can be reduced down to "almost zero"
* Running around all of act 2 at every level up to gear up (it was bad in all acts, but in act 2 it was worst, every level up meant about 30 minutes of shopping)
* Inventory management with having a designated barterer (the barterer improvement from the gift bag still doesn't work as far as I heard...), while at the same time not having a fully shared carrying capacity
* No automatic "sell all vendor trash"
* Also having non-magical gear automatically marked as "vendor trash" as an option would have been VERY welcome

Please make QoL better in BG3. PLEASE.

Shopping, definitely, this can easily be made to be much smoother than what we had in the previous title. As you have eluded to, most of us will wind up with a designated merchant, so if we go to a shop, their bonus should be applied to everyone. It would remove a lot of unnecessary item shuffling and make for a better experience.

Even if it's just a "give all wares to xxx" menu option. Even THAT would help.

But preferred solution would be: common inventory capacity + selling all wares with one click from whole inventory + auto marking of stuff als wares for vendor trash / non magic gear, etc...

Can we PLEASE have a comment from Larian on the massive QoL issues D:OS2 and BG3 had / still have?

We never had Larian's comments on anything and that's not going to change now.
