It sounds like good guess, when you put it this way ... 1d4 indeed is weakest damage roll in game ... but honestly i would probably not be so surprised if Salami would get just 1Dmg period, no rolling included.
Different bodies also seem much more reasonable than sliders ...
My personal hopes are curently aiming for "starting gear" when creating your characters ... we are asking for quite some time, so fingers crossed. ^_^
(And if ... some class-specific armor aswell ... i mean come on, its sad to see that rogue and ranger have only different collor of their sleeves)
