An idea for your pool of ideas! main hope LARIAN <3
This is what I would like to offer you and improve.

RPGs are very important to me, and I really want the genre to develop in all its directions!!!!!

My respect for whoever you are.

Religion is an important part of DnD, but apart from the name of the god and a few additional lines in the dialogues, there is practically nothing.
Religion-related classes can be made more interesting. If you add them some unique quests, or dialogues with God, which would give unique quests ... and for them items or spells.
I know that developers have a pool of ideas (which they fill for the future). That's where I would like to put my two ideas.

(coment) I understand. But in this vein, almost never developed. Therefore, yes, new, but not strong at all. The prayer buff for paladins, priests, inquisitors (suddenly there will be =)) would be long but not very powerful. And use 1 for the whole day. Rather like a trifle ...
And for the monks, for example, a personal micro quest would be given for each day. And after its completion, they would give either experience or +1 to choose from to the stats. It's all like a nice bonus and something new.

Idea one. rpg007
Add Paladins, Priests. Buff which, for example, would be given only on vacation in the camp. Like prayer (prayer at the table> __ <). Giving a unique buff that cannot be removed and is allowed for one day (Game). Or giving some other bonuses to choose from during pumping.
And for monks, for example, Vows ... as quests (personal) or also buff, personal. That is, somehow distinguish religious classes than just a magician, warrior, druid ... I think they should work differently, not like everyone else.

Idea two. mage
It is important for me that my favorite genre: evolve, develop, move to a new level of interaction!
So ...
I think it would be possible to add some cinematography. Make QTE (Quick Time Event). By activating this event by quickly pressing the button for 1-2 seconds. And show a short video of the ambush scene.
Which will depend on the skill of attention or observation. That is, necessarily requiring its study.
For example :
1) Wars could beat off an arrow from an ambush. So as not to spend allies' HP before the battle ..
2) Bard, Dodger .., Ranger .. Could indicate a trap so that the group would not fall into it. Etc...
3) The magician would detect magic in this place ... or monsters.

party(specific cut scenes to specific actions... for example :
These actions will look like actions before a thief detecting a trap, a magician's sense of magic, a ranger's footprints on the road.) rpg002 rpg001 rpg003

But make the chance of triggering only fifty percent of the skill ..
And additional interest could only be received from items or buffs. That is, you can not take it. But to avoid unnecessary problems before battles, it would be useful.
That is, as if just triggering events that depend on skills, showing a small video.

The spirit of adventure and hardcore will not be affected, but the presentation will be more enjoyable. We see this all the time in movies ... So why not use it?

I'm not sure if you meant to include this "(comment)"? I'm assuming the +1 to monk stats is a temporary daily bonus? If it was permanent it'd be way too overwhelmingly powerful.

This is an interesting suggestion; it is similar to camp activities (cooking, etc) suggested by other posters. If this was implemented, then each class should have their own little skill. Fighters could sharpen weapons for +1 damage, Paladins could pray for +1 on Saving Throws, Ranger could buff nature/survival checks, etc. I imagine that you would choose one buff to apply to the whole party each day, implying that the other party members did various essential camp activities while the buffer did their thing.

I'm not really sure what you want here. Do you just want to add short cinematics to various checks (e.g., disarming a trap)? Or are you also arguing for some sort of ambush mechanic when returning to camp/sleeping?

Whichever it is, I wouldn't want QTE. BG3 is a turn-based game; nothing should be dependent on reaction speed. Let the cinematic play on the first time and/or critical successes, but no more.

Agreed ...
I can imagine some of such dialogues ... like for example:
Are you f***ing kidding me? You worship lord of Murder and you decide to help some lowly Halfling?!
Or from the other hand ...
Are you f***ing kidding me? How could you think that me, Tyr the Righterous would like you murdering inocents?!

I do agree with more dialogue options, even if they end up like say the mass effect/dragon age dialogue where functionally not much changes.

On buffing and stuff like that, technically religious classes already get those through channel divinity. They are not permanent buffs but they are a channeling of their faith. Additionally all their spells are faith based. HOWEVER, I wouldn't mind camp activities happening even if they don't give anything mechanically. Religious characters praying, a Ranger skinning a boar, a wizard studying in the corner with books, I feel like just showing them do this stuff would do a lot for making the camp feel more alive.

Cant quite agree with this statemens, since you can easily get Cleric scrolls, and your Wizard can learn from them ...

I would much rather have everyone gathered around the fire during camp scenes. Nearly all the dialogue in the entire game is the Player having a one-on-one conversation with an NPC. Of course, everyone (including people you thought were still at camp) is listening in and texting Tav an emoji to let them know whether they approve or disapprove of what Tav is saying during their private one-on-one conversation. It would be nice for the camp to at least be a chance to see everyone interacting with each other as a group, rather than just see each individual interact with the player in a one-on-one exposition feeding.

Even if it was unimmersive, I actually wouldn't mind a companion just coming out of the camp when you are doing something very important to them, like Wyll coming up saying he could let you deal with the goblins in the village all alone and now faced with that particular gobbo he needs to interrogate him. Or Laezel coming into the scene when you talk with the hunter, thanking you (in her own way) of you leading her to him.
And yeah, I want group interactions 100 percent. Origin companions should definitely come to more group decisions, for example I'd like to hear EVERYONE'S opinion on the Astarion issue, not just the people in my active party.

I proceeded from the idea of my favorite genre, and not from the position of the class. Yes, I will play in all kinds of classes and probably with friends. But these thoughts are only for the IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT of RPGs! I am very worried about this genre, very much.

Thanks if the developers are also worried.

Correction. Replace QTE with the roll of the dice window ... Also, you can think of new ways to such events (passive ..)
for better shot chances.
