The only content in Chubblot's tweets posted by Teedy1 and Tuco (previous page) are the mention of hell boars in the tutorial, unspecified visual updates, and a specified "new indicator for dazed/knocked out." Everything else is just unsupported hype that "Patch 6 is wild," which is exciting I suppose if you trust/know who Chubblot is.
I really like the line "I have it on good authority that there a lot in already with more coming later in development as spells (fireball) etc. get added." Duh, of course higher level spells and more features are going to get added eventually.
