It seems that this guy is a completely original creature from Larian. Normally if I don't know the creature, I can google something out, but this guy has literally zero information.

I think people were saying the thing it was closest too was Ghom from Diablo 3

It somewhat reminds me of one of the Crones from Witcher 3

If I had to guess, I would suggest that that is Larian's rendition of a Fiendish flesh Golem, inspired by Mickey, from Decent into Avernus.

If not that, then it's their version of a Nupperibo, one of the lowest orders of fiends.

Possibly a flesh golem like Niara suggested but also possibly some kind of necroed being. Let's call it Bernard, the undead ogre.

DD has all kind of fun monsters, too bad gaming companies tend to use the most generic ones. Same stuff people have seen in the movies, probably. 1+ to Larian.
