Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Suggestions & Feedback Problem overwriting saves

Anyone else can't overwrite saved games since patch 6 launched? I'm not trying to overwrite the game from a previous patch or anything. I can save a game, but can't overwrite it afterward, I get some error that the system can't find a png file (presumably a screenshot of the save) in a Temp folder, which is empty. Deleting the profiles manually doesn't help either.

Edit: Deleted all game files and doing a fresh install. If that doesn't help, I may have to burn myself in protest in front of Larian's HQ.

Not sure it's exactly the same but I got a bug each time the game wants to auto save.

Cannot delete file, things like that. I already had that with patch 5 but I don't remember what I've done to solve it.

Yeah, autosaves were bugged too. Halfway through the download.

Nope, completely wiping and reinstalling the game didn't help. This is now officially infuriating.

I went into my AV and added the game to exceptions, and it's cleared up, so far.

Disabling my Avast. Which was surprising, since I didn't have a problem with it before, with any game. Been fiddling to try and add the game to exceptions, but haven't managed yet.
