I can't find the book to memorize so that I can talk to the statue in the Nericon's garden.

Where can I get it.

Just go south from nericon's garden and you will see 3 dudes. Talk to them about the 'Philosophy of Life' and accept their ideas. You will then get a book from one of them which you need for the quest.

P.S. make sure you're at Nericon's garden, not the graveyard. There will be a signpost nearby.

Thanks.

I have talked to the dude's and told them I am ready and like their idea's and he tells me to read the book. I can't find any book in my inventory.

Maybe Raze can help with his 'lost items' files. Do a search for them.
Have you tried talking to the statue in the garden anyway?

the answers are easy enough anyways. i think i got them right the first time without even reading the book. save and reload if you still can't find it. and if you still can't get it with the lost items thingy posted above, and without guessing... let us know...

The problem is that unless you have the book in your inventory, the statue will not talk to you at all. The book is to let the script know that you have the quest, basically. I chucked the book the first time I went through the game and never finished that quest. It's not super important anyway, so I would just leave the statue and move on.

Plus the reward is pretty basic: one level of restoration... Of course it's almost free, since the garden is monsterless.
By the way: don't forget about the frogs...

Cheers all.

I done the frogs a while back. I may have sold the book earlier on, could go and look for it I suppose.
