I wonder... what do you guys think are the chances for Death Domain clerics? Strictly speaking it's in the Dungeon Master's Guide, and not PHB.... but... it would be weird to have options to play a cleric worshipping Bane, Bhaal or Myrkul and NOT have Death Domain, right?
