You are supposed to give first few level as fast as possible ... That is why most people leave Tutorial with level 2, if they killed every cambion, even halfway to level 3.
Then the progressions slows, thrust me.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
