Solasta did it best except they needed hotkeys for fast access. UI was wonderfully organized without needing any customization at all. Wasn't needed because it was simple, easy and organized wonderfully.
Besides hotkeys, the only thing I'd add is a quick item access button/hotkey as opposed to Solasta's "you can only use 1 item at a time rule."
