I agree that we sometimes lack options in dialogs.
On the other hand there are already so many possibilities that I can't see myself arguing for even more.
I think there are already lots of choices most players will never see. I don't want Larian to sink too many resources.
Just think about the squirrels running off from the singer. You only ever get to hear their quips if you have someone who understands animals.
