I found it. But it has been placed somewhere else actually. It's easier to find now. I guess they wanted the player to have more chances to get the Shadowheard weird magic moment :P
The helm has always switched locations. There are at least a couple of places where it can be found. One place is by the house with the Ogres. The other is along the side of the house if you turn right after walking in the main entrance.
