Are you happy with the inventory/equipment manager? To me it feels totally clunky and slow. Dragging items from one character to another doesn't work smoothly, feels like I am dragging it by force. And I don't like the fact that you can't see the inventory and the equipment at the same time, it makes it hard to figure out sometimes who needs a piece of equipment and the character selection is also confusing so that you have to be careful which character is going to wear the new item. I found myself in a fight where my wizard could not cast because he was wearing by mistake a non proficient armor piece that was not meant for him.

That’s very puzzling design, yes. One I can’t get used to (mostly I still press “I” when I want to change my characters inventory).

It’s much better now, since I started to send food to camp. I recently did Githianky fight, which requireded a bit of preparation, and figuring out who has what, sorting it out and assigning items to hotbar was harder then fight itself. I rarely equip new items, and it might be result of poor itematization, but also might be that inventory isn’t exactly inviting.

I think that the menus work well enough, but I feel like I didn't try to use any menu other than the Character Sheet at first because it was too convenient (everything in one menu).
Despite the convenience, it isn't as easy to use as the other menus when managing equipment, items and spells for the party.

The Equipment menu shows equipment if you click on the empty slots, and if you hover over something, it tells you if you're proficient with it or not.
The Inventory menu is okay, but sometimes when I try dragging an item, it doesn't grab it.
The Spells menu is okay.
The Character Panels menu is okay, but I wish that the categories could be collapsed.

I do feel like I spend a lot of game time moving things around in the inventory to manage encumbrance but then when you get to a trader you have to move all that stuff over to your highest charisma character because they get a higher sell price. I wish you could ctrl + click to select multiple items and then move or sell them all.

I especially hate that you can only see the inventory / equipment of current party members when you are in camp. What a pain in the neck having to ask people to leave / join the party just so you can give them a piece of equipment.

Did you know you can shift-click items in the inventory to move them to wares? When it's trading time, I just pop open the inventory, hold shift, click click click, and then hit the Sell Wares button in the barter interface.

I'm actually a little sore about them making trade the default now, I think barter makes way, way more sense
