What are you talking about lol? You have a scene where everyone is freaking about something (including your own character) with no description available besides as you said. Literally find and read every book availble in the off chance that that information would be critical in a coming scene.
The worst case is you have the narrator explain what is happening and who shar is when the conversation is brought up. If you disagree then lets remove the narrator? Why do we need her? It just spoon feeds the players and insults their intelligence. The player should be able to tell what they are looking at without the narrator helping them.
