In this case, it was attempting to save Arabella from Kagha locking her up. Taking the [Nature] choice, and using the Scroll of Charm Person, along with my guidance bonus in the dice roll overlay. It allowed me to pass the check.

However, afterward, if the character that charmed Kagha, in this case it was my Seldarine Drow, is close enough to them when the rounds for the Scroll of Charm Person end, they will immediately say: "That's enough." and looks toward the character (my Drow) and say they are: "Investigating an assault. Have you heard anything?" basically blaming the character as if they did it.

If one chooses "Sorry - I can't help you." Kagha immediately disbelieves them and says "I'm not sure that's true." forcing options to be checked to basically get out of being blamed for the 'assault'.
I am not sure if this is a bug, or the intended after-effect of using a Scroll of Charm Person as a bonus in the dice roll, but I don't believe it is intended so that is why I am writing this update up.

Well, in both instances of the "Friend" cantrip and "Charm Person", the target of the spell will know who put the spell on them, when the spell ends and become hostile towards you. Considering Kagha distrust you from start for being a drow, I'm guessing she sees the spell as an act of aggression/violence. In fact, an assault. You did kinda roofie her.
