For Patch 6 with/without Hotfix 16, I had problem with entering Act 1 (after the transponder cutscene).
The crash is pretty robust and happens in these cases so far for me, Drow/Druid or Human/Druid, very old NV driver or updated 496.13, Vulkan or DX api. Raised several crash reports (some can't be sent out).
Also validated the files a few times.
