Hey there everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well, unfortunately I've been struggling to play the game since last night. I've been trying absolutely everything.
Updating graphics drivers
Updating W11
Verifying game files
Reinstalling the game
Resetting all GFX settings
Wiping my Videocard drivers
Reinstalling my operator
Reinstalling the game... again..
Tweaking ingame settings to either min-max disabling certain settings, in both Vulkan and D11
Running the game as admin
In compatibility mode.


I've pulled an allnighter trying to solve it but so far the game doesn't throw up any log files so it's insanely hard to diagnose.
So far I am out of my depth trying to solve this

What happens is as follows: during the tutorial mission I crashed "with an error message!" that's good although unfortunately I have not been able to get these as outside of the tutorial I haven't had them and isn't so far, my main concern.
However these crashes happened both on Vulkan AND DirectX11

So far the REAL issue . Right now as it stands, whenever I quick save, or normal save the game crashes. For the host "me" not my gf, she's fine and can play a little until she gets booted. When the crash happens, I save, black screen, (faded through but can still see the game image as usual) and as soon as the game resumes so it's done saving, it crashes, (the black fade through screen fades into the normal colour of the game) the game save is there! Yay!! but the game did ultimately crash instantly without any error messages into the desktop. Leaving me to have to restart the game and start the process all over.

Could anyone take a look at this? Maybe share this experience? I'd love to know

Hey, me and a friend in dublan (Im australian) have this very same issue, thank you for this bug report. You saved us a lot of time doing additional steps - crashes every time we've tried to use the final console of the tutorial. (We've also killed the demon and the mindflayer is aggro'd if this is relevant) -- they have even tried using the save without having me in the session and it still crashes upon using the console. We're both probably going to need to directly contact suypport and submit savefiles in order to get this patched. Does anybody have a link for the contact deets?
