Greetings,

I am running Catlina 10.15.7 with 2 x 3.46 Ghz 6 Core Intel Xeon Processors, 64gb of RAM, and a Radeon RX 580 8GB video card. I just bought the game and installed patch 6 right away when prompted. When I try to play it says that they are still working on the M1 version and to be patient, but I'm running an Intel processor. I played DOS2 just fine on this machine. Is there some workaround so I can play patch 6 now? It seems to not recognize my Intel processor(s) and thinks I'm running a M1.

Anyone else run into this or will this game only run on the i7s and whatnot?

Don't you get to choose between intel and arm64 when launching the game for mac? I thought it was the case.

No, it never asks me. It never even gets to the launcher. It just has a dialog box that pops up and says M1 version will be done when they feel they are ready. Incidentally I rolled back to BETA Patch 5 to test if I could get further and it would open the launcher (still didn't ask what kind of processor I'm running) but when I hit play in the launcher it would go to black and immediately crash every time. I'm starting to think this game cannot run on an older Xeon machine which would be pretty sad.
