I don't have stadia or whatever that is. HOW do I download the hotfix? Also, I read the patch notes. Maybe I missed it, but will this fix the issue where my game crashes every time it tries to play a certain cinematic (the one where the voice of authority calls to you, and you see three figures standing)?
P.S. I have Steam. I don't know if there is another way to play the game, but that's how I play.
