This fight is going to be difficult so that players cannot get into the SCL too soon.
If level gating were the intention that would make sense, however, I am pretty sure other map exits aren't that hard to get to.
It also might work better if they actually be on higher level - their artificial power padding just feels odd.
That said, act1 I think is supposed to be lvl4-5 content, so I don't expect to be higher then that once we play 1.0. We will see as the game develops.
