I don't like it either, mostly because every game I've played with digital nudity has done it in a way that's quite cheesy.
But the swearing is what makes some of these characters' personalities. It's not overboard either. Now if they'd stuck ME in a video game, it's be rated AO because of the sheer number of F bombs.
