Eh, the questions are still interesting to know the answer but i ended up adding the item to the 'skillbooks' treasure table group, and added it that treasure table which should make it drop whenever a magic book drops. So you don't need to answer though it would be nice, because the complete format of 'object itemstat' is nowhere in the internet.
