It was aproximately thrice as big as Lae'zel head. O_o
I mean in no biology expert, but as far as i know eggs usualy dont grow futher once laid, they come out as big as the final "creature" will be when it hatch.
Concidering their size ... i would expect Lae'zel to have some cross scar on her belly, just like Jaffa had in Stargate.
Since i cant imagine something so huge would go out through any natural hole. O_o
