From everything we're finding, did the Justiciar conflict happen around 30 years ago? Where do we get a timeline for that? GM4Him says 1371 but I'm not sure where that comes from. At this point I'm wondering of the Cult in BG is made up of the refugees from Moonrise, such as the stolen children, Half-Elves live slightly longer than humans...I'm not sure if SH fits in well there, especially if the interlude is from 1371 - 1492
I think the 1371 date is coming from the book by Kagha next to the candles. It's called something like Logbook XII 1371. On the second page of the book, it mentions suspicion that a Red Wizard has moved into the nearby village. Three rangers were dispatched to investigate.
This all assumes the 1371 stamped on the book stands for the date and that the Red Wizard in question is the same one as the necromancer from the Blighted Village. But I think those are pretty good assumptions.
That would make Shadowheart pretty old now that you mention it. Half-elves don't live quite as long as I was thinking. Apparently about 180 years. It would mean she lived through the spell plague, which didn't happen until 1385.
