I found Nere to be rather UNDER-whelming. Granted, haven't gotten there with the good path, but the evil path was like, [spoiler]"Hi, Nere. How are you? You doing okay? I just saved you from poison and certain death."
"Yeah. Yeah. You're great. Kill all the duegar," Nere replies.
"Um. Okay," I say. I kill the duegar.
"Ah. Good. Now, I can't help you with anything. Go take the elevator and go to the surface and meet the guy Minthara told you to meet on the road. Why did you even come here? You should have just met the guy on the road like you were supposed to. See ya."
Um... What was the point of all this? Why, exactly, did I help free you and why did you want to kill all the duegar? That wasn't real clear. I'm fairly certain you're just a nutjob, to be honest.
But, like I said, maybe it's just the evil playthrough.
