I like this idea, as long as there are options to the outfits. It's a small thing that would go a long way.
But if there weren't options, then it would quickly get annoying, having to see your character in some outfit you hate.

It would also be nice to be able to set up guards during shifts and have random encounters, but I suppose that's a different item on the wish list.
