Just to further explain what happens. When one of the companions get locked in a conversation I've ended the dialogue, I can even speak to them with my character. When I leave a zone they stay back and separate from the group and I have to go back and bring them along separately and rejoin them to the group. If I attempt to take a rest I get a message you cannot rest while in a conversation. This has happened across several profiles. I'm running different profiles playing multiple classes at once. This has happened on my driud, Fighter and Cleric games.
