I just recall there being other stuff to explore in earlier patches like there was a quest where you were asked by a guy with a sword to hunt down a tiefling and the reward was his sword and their was a section where you ran in in to some gith near a bridge environment. Now, those encounters seem to be taken out of the game or at least I can't find them.
Like RagnarokCzD says, those quests are still in the game.
