single player for sure, if i do play multiplayer games, they're generally more action oriented. Games where you make conversational choices, and listen to a lot of dialogue aren't fun for me if I'm trying to also chat with my buddies. I end up just ignoring the game, which defeats the purpose. LoL (used to at least), Phasmophobia, Ark, etc are games I play with friends.
