Theory:
1481. Lenore develops ring using Sussur flowers. She heads to Baldur's Gate for Mystra cleric meeting. Events transpire where Shadovar steal and twist her magic. This somehow sparks events leading up to Gorion's Ward dying at the hands of his last surviving sibling in 1482 during the Second Sundering. Bhaal is reborn because they both died during the encounter.
During these years, Bane and Myrkul are also reborn. They forge an alliance to take over the world, joining as one entity; the Absolute. Using a similar premise to Bhaalspawn, the Absolute twists the minds of a certain collective of mind flayers, using their tadpoles and imbuing them with pieces of themselves, creating an Absolute Collective with the Dead Three as it's ultimate heads. The more people they infect with their "seed", the greater the collective becomes.
