Something wrong with the Shadow in patch 6 before i config anything.
Try toggle on/off everything in the "shadow" options and it's still the same.

This looks modded as hell...

you sure that it has nothing to do with one of those? Posting problems from a modded game seems unproductive to me since noone can really say how those interfere with the game, especially since you seem to have some graphical ones, too.
