Yeah the Githyanki Patrol rates as one of the hardest fights in game. Keep in mind the fight, at this point, is not obligatory and there are ways to avoid it entirely. On the positive the fight IS doable without using cheese with some proper planning and preparation. Potions of speed are a good way to even the odds, as are a bunch of hungry ogres that might join your side for a nice meal of Githyanki meat ;D
The burning inn can be a bit annoying, as even after subsequent days it doesn't appear to go out. Water only temporarily douses certain areas which then spring back up after a few seconds - even areas outside. Needs adjustment. I really wanted to be able to put it out and then poke around at my leisure.
