Right, I agree. first half of 2023 won't cause them much attrition, beyond that people will start to be less and less reasonable. Even the later half of 2023 would be fine if Larian gave a date for full release around the second half of 2023. If they keep everyone in the dark until release day and don't release it until the last minute in 2023 then you will likely get a few months of people getting really disgruntled. A 2024 release date however, will likely cost them.
