The skirts and dangly bits MRToucan mentioned really bug me. Some of the armors have little dangly bits on straps, but the straps and dangly pendants and rings etc have no physics, and no thickness to them. They look really jarring when your character runs around-like something out of morrowind. The distortion (particularly on patterned textiles) warps when the character moves, which is noticeable particularly on longer-length armors. Some of the decorations on armor warp and stretch when the character moves as well. Tunic length armors with little decoration seem to work best, but if Larian really wants to go all-in with the fancy armors, they should strongly consider putting a little bit more love and care into the models for the armors or they are going to look very jarring no matter how detailed they are.
