Hi, the new patch has broken the game a bit for me, all tooltips in the game are empty boxes.

When I first ran the game it said mods were interfereing with the game, so I turned them off. Didn't work.

I deleted all mods and mod manager. Didn't work.

I deleted all my profiles. Didn't work.

I verified the game cache, didn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Didn't work

Not sure what else to do. It does it in Vulcan and DX11. I've killed every file I could find that is not the data that comes with the game and still I have no tooltips
