Its also apart of the prodigy feat for Humans, Half-Elves, and Half-Orcs. Its not even broken since all it does is make you really good at a skill, compared to Rogue's Evasion and Uncanny Dodge. I really hope they add it in with Bard, and give it to Rogue, because I would like to eventually stop having to bring Shadowheart just for a bonus.
