If it will be done simmilar to Metamagic was on patch 6 (didnt try it yet on 7) it would be quite fine.

I don't think Metamagic's approach is suitable here. The point of Metamagic is that you can apply multiple effects to a single spell. I don't think you can perform multiple different manoeuvres within the scope of a single attack.
My point is about usability and QoL, really. These pictures on icons, they could have used Mandarin or Kanji, I wouldn't notice the difference.
