A skinny barbarian is fine though - but if you build a 18 STR character they do need to look buff for sure. You could make a Dex based berserker or warrior in which case skinny is perfect
Maybe make a "muscle" slider (gender neutral) based on your Strength. As you put points into STR your character becomes more muscular (more buff w/e).
